## Before your appointment

Three questions we are often asked.

### Do I need to come with washed hair?

Not necessary: a shampoo is part of most services. For a colour, simply come with dry, detangled hair.

### I don’t know which service to choose, what should I do?

Book a first slot and describe what you want: we take stock together before we begin, and adapt the service if needed.

### Can I change my slot?

Yes. Let us know as soon as you can, so the slot can be offered to someone else.
